3. If Mrs. Owl does not receive a commission payment from your purchases for any reason whatsoever, the customer responsible for the purchase will not receive a refund. Commission and refund values are subject to change at any time and the most recent values may not be posted on this site. All refund amounts are determined by Mrs. Owl. Mrs. Owl has complete discretion to reduce or deny refunds at any time.
